Hello, I am in awe with what I have just read. My five year old has suffered since an infant with reoccuring ear infections (2 tubal surgeries) and sinus infections. We finally had his blood work done for allergies and we have found out that he is allergic to cow's milk. I cannot believe that all this time I have been enabling his illnesses by giving him dairy products. I have read this site and I am extremely overwhelmed as to where to begin with getting him better naturally. As of right now he is not symptomatic. I would like to focus on improving his immune system as well as be prepared if he does become symptomatic. I have elimated dairy from his diet. My other issue is that I have a 10 year old son and 2 year old son. I would also like to improve their overall health. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

If possible this site also states I could request a Free Healing Handbook. If this is true I would love one!
