Boost Immune System Function

In order to boost immune system function you have to understand that the immune system works by recognizing self and non-self / invader / germ. I always thought that my son had an overactive immune system, but in actuality he has an immune system that is not working properly. In other words an inappropriate immune system response to common normal substances. Basically an immune system that could not decipher good from an invader. I prefer to call it a "lacking and handicapped" immune system.

Why does the immune system lose its ability to recognize self / non-self?

When the immune system lacks vitamins and nutrients, it has trouble determining what is self or non-self (germ/invader), because communication is impaired and so it attacks itself by mistake. (6). This can occur for a number of reasons. Not getting the proper nutrition, too much sugar, lack of sleep, illness, stress, pollution, drugs, environmental toxins, bacteria laden food, improper protein digestion, and antibiotic overuse. Did you know that Sinusitis occurs more often in people who have reduced immune function? and that sinus infections are usually secondary to a cold or allergies (allergic rhinitis)?

Even if you or your child maintain a healthy diet, you can still have nutritional deficiencies due to improper digestion or inherited errors of metabolism and I have learned this to be mostly true in allergic children. These kids usually come from families with autoimmune disorders such as arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, sclera-derma, asthma, and etc. For instance, “many asthma patients have an exaggerated need for Vitamin B6 due to an error in metabolism and not because of a dietary deficiency.” (1). Not surprisingly, three of these autoimmune diseases run in my family.

In my years of research, I have found that the majority of children with allergies have poor digestion because they lack certain digestive enzymes, so they cannot absorb the nutrition they need from food to keep their immune system healthy. The Key to Boost Immune System Function is to:IMPROVE DIGESTION = BETTER NUTRITION = BOOST IMMUNE SYSTEM.

First, you can Boost Immune System function by giving your immune system the basic building blocks it needs called amino acids. The body needs all the different amino acid chains that are derived from protein in order to have proper immune function and proper digestion. Immune System Herbal Formula

Second, to boost the immune system you have to address the major problems in allergic kids of poor digestion and impaired absorption of proteins, which is very significant, because our body is made up of primarily amino acids (proteins) and water. If you can't digest/absorb protein, then your body lacks amino acids chains needed to maintain health. “Even if vitamins and minerals are assimilated by the body, they cannot be effective unless the necessary amino acids are present… Deficiency and/or impaired metabolism of the amino acids methionine and taurine has been linked to allergies and autoimmune disorders.” (1) p42.

Third, to boost immune system function you need to supplement with amino acids in the form of "Whey protein powder" that does not need to be digested only absorbed by the body. Supplementing with a good protein powder is a great way to boost immune system function because it supplies all the essential and non-essential amino acids that the body needs to fight infection and enable the immune system to recognize self and non-self(germ/invader). In addition, Whey Protein Powder has an alkalizing effect on the body, which reduces acidity and further promotes optimal health.

Fourth, to boost immune system function add extra Lysine because it is a powerful immune system builder. It also has been shown to have anti-fungal properties and when used in conjunction with acidophilus plus tea tree oil(topically) it will help eliminate coldsores and warts from the inside out. You can power up the Immune System by adding extra Lysine along with a whey protein powder drink mix Tablet Form.

Fifth, you can Boost Immune System Function by giving digestive enzymes that contain Protease, which will help your child properly digest protein and reduce allergic symptoms.

Protease is a digestive enzyme, that is needed to digest and breakdown proteins to their simplest form (amino acids). Giving protease will boost immune system function by aiding digestion and absorption of necessary amino acid chains. Allergic kids have trouble because they lack digestive enzymes and are unable to breakdown protein into its smallest form. So give them All-Natural Digestive Enzymes! to boost their immune system.

Sixth, boost immune system function by giving them essential fatty acids to eliminate metabolic toxins. Metabolic toxins are the result of complete and incomplete protein digestion in the body and if your child is deficient in the Omega’s 3 and 6’s (EFA's) or Essential Fatty Acids they will have trouble eliminating these toxins from the body. If not eliminated these metabolic toxins and undigested protein particles get absorbed into the blood stream (leaky gut syndrome) causing all kinds of allergic reactions.

Seventh, boost immune system function by giving your kids Acidophilus and Probiotics to help repair the mucosa (intestinal lining) so it will be able to keep toxins from entering the blood stream.
